Return Policy

 Return Policy Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  No returns will be accepted unless prior written authorization has been granted.  Backyard Expression will determine reason for return.  If due to a product defect or shipping error due to Backyard Expressions, then Backyard Expressions will issue a full credit and pay shipping costs for the return.  If product is returned for any other reason,  the customer is responsible for shipping costs of return and restocking fee of  10% of Cost of Goods may be deducted from refund.   Product is to be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Please included the order number at which the item was purchased from Backyard Expressions. Once the product has been received in resellable condition, refund will be issued to card used for payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show on account.
